How It Works

1. Call us. Tell us the defendant's name, date of birth, the bond amount, and which county they're in. If you don't have all of it, call anyway — we can usually find them.

 

2. We quote you. Rates depend on the bond and the situation. North Carolina caps premiums at 15%, and many cases come in below that.

 

3. Cosigner paperwork. Signed electronically. The cosigner needs a driver's license and a recent utility bill

 

.4. Down payment. Required before we post. Payment plans available for the balance.

 

5. We post the bond. We go to the jail. You don't have to.

 

6. Release. Smaller counties like Franklin and Nash often move within an hour or two. Larger facilities take longer.
